## Zubereitung

1. Möhren, Zwiebel und Knoblauch schälen und klein würfeln

2. Linsen waschen

3. In einem Topf Öl erhitzen

4. Nacheinander Zwiebel, Möhren, Linsen, Knoblauch und Tomatenmark zugeben und anschwitzen

5. Gewürze und Zucker dazugeben

||||
6. Mit dem Wasser ablöschen
|
||||
7. 30-40 Minuten köcheln lassen - Zwischendurch umrühren
|
